The Bi-Lingual Marking & Sales Counselor will represent the Renaissance Home Care on various levels cultivating relationships. This position is responsible for referral generation and effective sales counseling. Helps create Home Care initiatives, which raise its public exposure, create industry awareness, and develop referral relationships. This position reports to the Executive Director.
Works closely with the Executive Director in the development and execution of the weekly outreach plan and outside involvement.
Participates and collects information pertinent to quarterly marketing report. Maintains current knowledge of key competitor pricing, strengths, and weaknesses.
Ensures that the marketing plans meet all expectations
Successfully meets weekly goals of referral outreach.
Increases and maintains census.
Plans events involving referral sources and general public.
Maintains current knowledge of key competitor pricing, strengths, and weaknesses
Maintains a detailed, manual tracking system on all prospects and referrals.
Responsible for weekly outside sales calls to physicians, hospitals, senior centers, Community Out Reach centers, presentations to perspective families etc. Monitors sales call activity by daily activity sheets.
Completes weekly sales reports in a timely manner.
Attends work as scheduled, including nights and weekends, and follows call-off procedures.
Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
Maintains confidentiality of business policies & procedures, residents and prospective resident’s information.
Maintains current knowledge of property operation.
Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
Adheres to all policies and procedures of Renaissance Home Care
Arrange for opportunities to inform the health care communities, professional referral sources and others about Home Care programs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
